IP communications is not only a good investment for companies or an inexpensive solution for individuals, but also good tools to encourage the birth and growth of markets in developing countries. Fujitsu seems to think so that, with Smile Communications Ltd. and other partners,they set themselves with the objective of achieving a phone and a VoIP service designed to enter the scenario of the development of Africa, starting from Uganda, where Smile Communications will present its WiMAX service, with which the VoIP phone will integrate perfectly. VoIP solutions for the development were presented at the WiMAX Forum Global Congress in Amsterdam.
