A police worker has died after being hit by a vehicle on the A90 Dundee to Perth road in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Neil Smith, who was from Dundee, was struck at about 0430 BST just before the Kinfauns flyover.
A spokesman for Tayside Police said the 32-year-old Scene of Crime Officer died at the scene.
It is thought he had been walking to a friend’s house after a night out. Police appealed for witnesses.
