Exposure to Sunshine gets you lot of vitamins

How many of us apply sun block cream so that we are safe from sun allergies but think it again. There are many people out there suffering from deficiencies like Vitamin B12 and D3 deficiency. The deficiencies can be cleared through certain lifestyle change if not may lead to some headache in future. As we know Vitamin B12 is a vitamin which is solvable in water and has a important role in functioning of our nervous system.

Vitamin D3 is same as Vitamin D and is got to us by exposure to sunlight directly and protects us from Osteoporosis. According to one of the nutritionist about 98%have vitamin B12 and D3 deficiencies and can be solved from exposure to sunlight. The further symptoms from B12 and D3 may lead to bone related problems and some joint problems and mostly found in vegetarian people. In recent times some of the non -vegetarian are diagnosed with these deficiencies and the percentage is about 60%.
In some of the non vegetarian cases there is bacteria in meat which helps in production of vitamins in the body.

But nowadays the processed meat available kills the bacteria and hence the non vegetarian are affected due to the deficiencies. So non vegetarians in loss of the vitamins like B12 and D3 may feel Lethargic,feeling tired,low immune system and hair loss. In order to combat the deficiencies the affected person can take in oral supplements and simple exposure to sunlight can solve the problems.
