There has been about 47000 people who have been killed and mainly due to the drug violence reports the Mexican government. The main reason for the death of 47000 people are mainly due to the drug violence and due to the military crackdown. The military crackdown which has been launched by President Felipe Calderon against the drug cartels.The military crackdown in Mexico against the drug cartels which was started previously in the year 2006.
There has been about 47,515 drug related killings says Attoney General’s Office in the year december2006 till December 2011. The drug related cases have been increased even though there has been a lot of crackdown in Mexico. According to the statements given by the prosecutors the number of drug killing has raised to about 11%. In the first nine months of the year 2011 the killing related to drug violence has raised the killings.
Previously during the year 2010 there was about 11% increase due to the drug increase and has been same range. About 70% of the killings due to drug violence has been happened in euight months and across 32 states in Mexico. There has been many of the victims who have been released by the government of Mexico who have been arrested due to drug violence. The government has been taking up measures to bring an end for the drug violence deaths which has inc4reased recently.
